This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and DAIMAOU Co., Ltd. (“DAIMAOU,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your use of our Services. “Services” include our Games, websites, software, and all related content. “Game” refers to Sengoku Bushido: Ambition of Nobunaga or any other game provided under this Agreement.

By creating an account, installing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

Users under the age of 18 or the age of majority in their jurisdiction must obtain parental or guardian consent.

1. Game Account & Password

• You must register for a Game Account to use our Services.
• You must provide accurate and updated information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials.
• You may not sell, transfer, lend, or allow others to use your Account.
• We may suspend or terminate your Account for violations of this Agreement.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized Account use.
• We will never request your password.
• You are responsible for all activities on your Account until you notify us.
• Follow our procedures when changing or replacing your device.
• You may request deletion of your Account, and such deletion is permanent.

2. User Eligibility

You affirm that you meet the legal age requirement and have capacity to enter this Agreement. Users below the legal age must obtain parental or guardian consent.

3. Scope of This Agreement

This Agreement applies to all Services provided by DAIMAOU. Additional rules or guidelines presented in the Game also form part of this Agreement.

4. Scope of Services

• Services include all content accessible through your device.
• You are responsible for obtaining internet service and hardware.
• Payments made through platforms are subject to platform terms.
• Purchases will not be fulfilled if payment fails.

5. Personal Information

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. Your use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

6. Game Interaction

• Our Games may match or connect you with other players.
• Certain information may be visible to other users.
• Social or multiplayer features may publicly display gameplay interactions.

7. Virtual In-Game Items

• Virtual items are consumed in the order of purchased items first.
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged.
• Virtual items are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may modify, adjust, or remove virtual items at any time.
• Balance changes do not entitle users to compensation.

8. Subscription Services (Monthly Auto-Renewal)

Subscription Services may be offered in the Game. By purchasing a Subscription, you agree that subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Payments are processed by the platform provider.
• You may cancel through your platform account settings.
• Refunds follow platform provider policies.
• Subscription benefits may change as the Game evolves.
• Continuing the Subscription constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.
• You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and canceling properly.

9. User Conduct

Users must not upload illegal content, harass others, cheat, reverse-engineer the Game, or interfere with the Services.

10. Information Disclosure

Game announcements may be provided in-game or on official websites. We may adjust game parameters to maintain fairness and balance.

11. Game Updates & Suspension

• The Game may be updated, modified, or patched at any time.
• Updates may be required to continue using the Services.
• Services may be suspended for maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen events.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
• Accounts inactive for one year may be deactivated after notice.

12. Termination of Services

If the Game is permanently discontinued, we will provide notice through the Game or our websites. Refunds or compensation for unused virtual items will follow applicable laws and our policies.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

• All Game content is owned by DAIMAOU or licensors.
• You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Game.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Game content.
• Unauthorized servers, automation tools, or modifications are prohibited.
• All gameplay data, excluding personal information, belongs to DAIMAOU.

14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Services. Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the Services in the 90 days before the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DAIMAOU against claims or damages resulting from your breach of this Agreement.

16. Separability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable.

17. Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.

18. Dispute Resolution (U.S. Residents Only)

All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. Users waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings. Users may opt out within 30 days by sending written notice to the DAIMAOU CS Center, 7F, 1-12-4 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 104-0061, Japan.

19. Limitation on Claims

Any claim must be filed within one year after the claim arises.

20. No Assignment

Users may not assign rights or obligations without written consent. DAIMAOU may assign its rights at any time.

21. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and in-game rules, constitutes the complete agreement between you and DAIMAOU.

22. Additional Terms for EU/EEA Consumers

• Nothing in this Agreement limits rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
• Digital goods and Services are delivered immediately after purchase.
• Liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable EU legislation.
• If any part conflicts with mandatory EU consumer laws, mandatory provisions shall prevail.
